Tax Certificate Number Declaration to the Receiver

This document is sent along with your annual submission [PAYE 5 (b) Reconciliation] on or before the 31st of March every year. The purpose of this document is to inform the Receiver of Revenue of the serial numbers you have used for your plain paper PAYE 5 Tax Certificates.  Please remember your PAYE Certificate number must be 10 digits long, for example SC20**0001 (Prefix, Year, Number)
